A New Jersey native, Dr. Flugrad began his academic journey at Rutgers University, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Biology, followed by a Master’s degree in Biochemistry.
He went on to attend UMDNJ, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in just three years. Following dental school, Dr. Flugrad completed a residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery through a joint program at Jersey City Medical Center and UMDNJ.
With an extensive educational background and years of specialized training, Dr. Flugrad brings his expertise and passion for patient care to Jersey Medspa.

Liliana began her nursing career in Poland in 1990 and brings over 25 years of nursing experience to Jersey Medspa.
Beyond her nursing expertise, Liliana is a Master Certified Permanent Makeup Artist, holding her certification from the American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics and membership with the American Academy of Micropigmentation.
With a passion for both medical care and beauty, Liliana combines her clinical experience with her artistry to help every patient look and feel their best.

Gianna graduated from Innovate’s Salon Academy in April 2025, where she built a strong foundation in skincare and advanced esthetics.

Gianna is passionate about advanced skincare and creating personalized treatments to help every client feel confident in their skin.
She has a passion for creating customized facials and skincare treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
